Shawn Lynn, DDS

Dr. Shawn Lynn, a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon dedicated to providing exceptional surgical care with compassion, precision, and a patient-first approach.

Originally from Binghamton, New York, Dr. Lynn earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the New York University College of Dentistry before completing a General Practice Residency. He went on to complete his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn, where he
served as Chief Resident and was honored with the program’s prestigious Resident of the Year award.

Dr. Lynn practices the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery, with particular interests in dental implants, wisdom tooth removal, bone grafting, pediatric sedation, jaw reconstruction, oral pathology, and office-based anesthesia. He is committed to utilizing advanced surgical techniques and technology to deliver outstanding clinical outcomes while ensuring every patient feels informed, comfortable, and confident throughout their treatment journey.

Beyond clinical practice, Dr. Lynn is passionate about advancing the specialty through education and service. He has published research in the Journal of Oral
and Maxillofacial Surgery and has participated in international volunteer surgical missions, helping children with cleft lip, cleft palate, and other facial deformities
receive life-changing care.

Outside the office, Dr. Lynn enjoys skiing, running, and playing guitar. He also values spending time with his wife, their two children, and their family dog.
